This page explains what we collect from you, why, and who sees it.
What we collect
- From clients: name, email, mobile number, and the booking or inquiry details you write.
- From lawyers: all of the above, plus office details, bar number and the documents you upload.
- Automatically: IP address and browser details, for security and abuse prevention.
What we do with it
We use it to run your account, pass bookings and inquiries to the lawyer, send notifications, carry out verification, and protect the platform from misuse.
Who sees what
- A lawyer sees your name, contact details and problem description when you send him an inquiry or book with him — not before.
- A lawyer's documents (bar card, certificates) are visible only to our admin team and are never served from a public URL.
- A lawyer's private notes on an appointment are never shown to the client.
- An anonymous review publishes without your name, but stays linked to your account internally to prevent manipulation.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers we use (hosting, payments), only as far as running the service requires, or where the law compels us.
Payments
Subscription payments are handled by an external payment provider. Card details never reach our servers and we do not store them.
Your rights
You may correct your data, request a copy, or delete your account entirely from your details page at any time. Deletion removes your profile; we keep only the minimum the law or our accounts require.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for sign-in, session and language. The site will not work properly without them.
