First, the important part
Clients never pay the platform anything. Searching, asking and booking are entirely free. Consultation fees are paid to the lawyer directly; the platform neither collects nor can refund them — a dispute over fees is between you and the lawyer.
This policy is for lawyers only
Refunds concern paid subscription plans for lawyers.
Within the first 7 days
If this is your first subscription and you cancel within 7 days of payment, we refund it in full — provided you have not used the plan's benefits (publishing articles, or uploading beyond the free plan's limits).
After 7 days
The subscription runs to the end of its term and the remaining portion is not refundable. You may cancel renewal at any time; the plan keeps working until its end date.
We refund in full when
- a charge was duplicated by mistake;
- a fault on our side prevented the plan from working for a meaningful period;
- we suspend a lawyer's account through no fault of his own.
We do not refund for
- suspension for breaching the terms;
- simply not using the plan;
- the number of bookings or inquiries received — a subscription buys visibility and tools, not a guaranteed number of clients.
How to request one
Write from the Contact page with your invoice number and the reason. We reply within 3 working days, and the money returns by the original payment method within 14 working days, depending on your bank.
